A small, high quality, educational theater is where I started my graphic art work. The images and posters that follow are samples of my work there. Most of these theater photographs were captured during no-stop, final dress rehearsals. The techniques I developed there were the techniques that allowed me to photograph the tallgrass prairie.
Consequently for the past ten years I have been working at the edges of digital photography. Both theater and prairie require dealing with constantly moving subjects, often in extreme low light situations. Both are ephemeral in that once the season is over, the specific art objects photographed no longer exist.
